Delivery and shipping costs
We will process all orders as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot give a fixed delivery time, as it depends on the time of order and the availability of the products.
All deliveries in France are sent by post. Deliveries are only possible to delivery addresses in Europe and only from a minimum order value of 20 EURO. Shipping costs depend on the country. From an order amount of 49 €, shipping costs are free of charge.

Terms of payment
We offer the following payment options: Payment by credit card (American Express, Mastercard and VISA), Paypal and prepayment. Payment methods depend on different factors. It is not guaranteed that each method of payment is offered with each order. All payments by credit card and Paypal are processed via secure connections on the supplier's servers. We do not store any credit card and/or Paypal data of customers.
Returns
We accept a 14 day return of unused products.
